Tuition Costs & Options

As low as four monthly payments of $336
for each course!

Individual Course Costs

Payment Options

You only pay for courses as you take them. This allows you to have maximum control of your budget. Students are welcome to take breaks between courses at no cost.

You can work at your own pace. Some students complete an entire course in just over two months, staying one week ahead of their mentor sessions. Others take several months to complete the whole course portfolio (workbook) and then review their work as they are graded in seven weekly mentor sessions.

Redemption offers three payment options for each course. The total amount for each plan is the same. The different options are provided to match how students want to pay for their courses. You can choose one plan for one course and switch to a different plan for another course.

  • Pay Up Front Plan — the current course cost is $1,344

  • 3-Month Plan — three monthly payments of $448

  • 4-Month Plan — four monthly payments of $336

Learn more about the pacing and how courses work on the educational methodology page.

Non-graded Plans

If you aren’t interested in taking courses for credit, non-graded courses can be a more economical option. Non-graded courses include four months of access to all materials, including Logos MAX and required resources. Extended access beyond four months is covered by a $30 monthly extension fee, which can be canceled at any time. The non-graded courses provide access to all materials and services as a normal course (except for mentoring and grading).

  • Non-Graded Pay Up Front Plan — $528

  • 4-Month Plan — Four monthly payments of $132.

Financial Aid and Discounts

Redemption Seminary keeps course costs low for everyone, rather than asking students to navigate a maze of financial aid activities and requirements. (Redemption Seminary doesn’t participate in Title IV financial aid programs.) However, there are a few ways students can manage the cost of their program.

  1. Students can determine how much they pay each year by the number of courses they take.

  2. Spouses of students receive a $50 discount per course.

  3. VA benefits are available.

  4. Redemption Seminary encourages churches to support their leaders by contributing toward the cost of their program. If they pay 50% of the course costs, they receive additional benefits for their congregation (such as discounts on non-graded or small-group access).

  5. Students also receive a QR code they can share to raise support toward their course costs from their friends and family.

Total Program Costs

Low Monthly PAYMENT PLAN $336

Students register and pay for courses as their budgets allow. You choose when you actively work on courses (at your own pace). You can take breaks between courses at no cost while not taking a course. Student resources remain active as long as you register for your next course within four months.

Redemption keeps the financial risk low. Students don’t take on financial debt to Redemption Seminary and can disenroll at any time without any remaining financial obligation.

All required materials and readings are included.

All programs are nested, so you can apply the work of a shorter program toward a longer program.

How Redemption Provides Education at Such Low Prices

Redemption Seminary is fulfilling its mission through an innovative model that ensures quality education at a reasonable price. We creatively consider every aspect of the educational experience to improve learning and spiritual growth more directly and efficiently. For example, we reduce costs by using recorded lectures and investing in personal mentoring. We also reduce expenses by not owning and maintaining a physical campus.

Every business process carries an administrative cost to deliver. Redemption Seminary continually strives to make every process, from application to graduation, simple and straightforward. This keeps its administrative overhead low. Redemption saves money by not having to run a bookstore or follow up with what books students have or don’t have for each class. Redemption Seminary simplifies things by providing everything for every class.

Because Redemption Seminary doesn’t have the obligations of a traditional school, it can offer tuition that is far less than traditional programs and includes far more (e.g., Logos resources for each course, Logos MAX, Logos reference library, Mobile Ed, personal mentoring, etc.). This means you have the option to continue your education with additional degrees at your discretion.
