Celebrating a Year of God’s Faithfulness

As we reflect on 2025, we are grateful for the Lord’s continued provision and direction for Redemption Seminary. This past year marked significant milestones in accreditation, student growth, academic expansion, and financial sustainability—all in service of our mission to provide accessible, mentor-based theological education for the Church.

Here are ten highlights from the year that was.

Top 10 Highlights from 2025

1. Approved for NC-SARA Participation
Redemption was approved for NC-SARA participation, authorizing us to serve students in nearly every U.S. state where we had been awaiting approval. This removed a major barrier for prospective students nationwide.

2. VA Approval for GI Bill® Benefits
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs approved Redemption Seminary to offer earned GI Bill benefits. If you know a veteran considering theological training, please help spread the word about this new opportunity. https://redemption.edu/military

3. Surpassed 50 Graduates
In 2025, Redemption celebrated passing the milestone of 50 graduates—pastors, ministry leaders, and thoughtful Christians equipped for faithful service.

4. Reached 190 Admitted Students
Total admissions grew to 190 students, reflecting increasing awareness and trust in Redemption’s model of affordable, mentored, graduate-level education.

5. M.Div. Application Submitted for 2026
We formally submitted our application to offer a Master of Divinity program, with hopes of launching in 2026.

6. New Courses Launched: Greek I & II
Biblical Greek I and II were added to the curriculum, strengthening our language offerings and supporting deeper engagement with Scripture.

7. Church Partnership Program Expanded
We launched a more formalized Church Partnership Program, allowing churches to provide their members with 50% tuition discounts while investing directly in leadership development.

8. Logos MAX Provided to All Students
All enrolled students now receive access to Logos MAX, dramatically expanding their digital theological libraries at no additional cost.

9. Near Break-Even Financial Sustainability
Through steady growth and faithful support, Redemption reduced its annual deficit and is approaching a break-even point at approximately 220 admitted students—all while maintaining low tuition and personalized mentoring.

10. New Website Structure and Content
Redemption.edu underwent a significant redesign to improve clarity, navigation, and visibility through web searches—making it easier for prospective students to understand who we are and how we serve.
